Jogging is always a drag. I’m not going to lie to you. Every single time!
When I gear myself into my sports attire, there’ll be a million reasons running through my mind on why jogging is not a good idea for the day.
1) “I’ve had a heavy lunch, and am feeling so full. Maybe it’s better that I jog tomorrow instead.”
